Great boutique hotel in a wonderful location on the edge of the historic downtown district of Fernadina Beach. The Principal's Office bar is very nice and the rooms are spacious and themed to a school.
This is our favorite place to stay on the island! The Inn is beautifully kept and preserved. Courtney and staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel at home.
Have only been to the bar and the atmosphere is delightful. When they have live music sitting out back is so enjoyable. I'm not sure why I didn't frequent this establishment sooner.

This is by far one of the most cleanest, friendliest, and consistent hotels I’ve ever been in. The staff is top notch! The room are too cute. Boutique perfection. All you need for a nice sweet stay in Amelia Island. It is a close enough walk to downtown but far enough away for peace and quiet. The bar is open to the public but it shuts down early enough to not be bothersome. They have a sweet little continental breakfast in the morning to start your day but when visiting this town you should definitely go and seek out the local hot spots for breakfast and brunch! The staff is knowledgeable about the town and will steer you in the right direction!
The best inn on the island! Location is perfect, just on the outskirts of the downtown. Close enough to walk but not so class as to be in the middle of everything. Staff are all so nice and know so much about the island and the inn’s history. Beautiful rooms and lovely craft cocktails at the bar. Should definitely be your go to spot when you vacation on Amelia!!
Love this quaint little bed and breakfast so much! I have Been numerous times and have never been disappointed! Love all the decor and ambience. The bar area is perfect for a nice relaxing drink. The cocktails are always top notch! I love That they have a happy hour and serve small appetizers. The bar manager Courtney is one of the best on the island. Y’all go enjoy! You will not be disappointed!
Courtney Morris and her Team are “The Bomb.” You could not ask for a more friendly and welcoming group of people. The Principal’s Office is such a unique, entertaining, fun, interactive, yet relaxing environment to hang out, whether you’re vacationing and staying at the Inn or stopping in for happy hour or to listen to any of the great entertainers that play there regularly. We LOVE this place and will continue to visit for all of the above reasons.
